The electronic medical record lets patients see their completed and planned visits, their account balance, and the results of their laboratory and imaging tests.

In compliance with Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data, access to the personal electronic medical record and online booking with a doctor is possible only with the patient's written consent confirmed by signature; therefore, the login details are provided only by the receptionists, at the patient's request, after checking their identity and after the informed consent has been signed.
